Got my first one as a gift, finally bought another one. Love em both.

This thing is beyond sharp, it goes through what ever you're cutting with ease.

I was looking for a quality knife for food preparation. My current knives were dull and ineffective. The Loki is very sharp, well balanced and comfortable to use for a host of cooking tasks. I loved it so much that one for each of my sons and their families. Great product.

Let me say what I like best first! The compactness and the way it securely stands! Heavy and It has a very secure feel!. The board is not fully magnetic however. The top quarter is VERY magnetic however. It would be nice if it was ALL magnetic. It would give you more aesthetic options. But even so-works awesome! Ragnar and Loki & Bjorne all looks BOSS!!!

Let me start with saying my guy is amazing! He is my dinner prepper. He cuts everything for me! He also is so intrigued by Norse Mythology. We are huge Marvel/Thor fans as well. The quality of the knives are on point. Never again will I hear him complain about a crappy knife. I might hear him ask for more though! I ordered all of this 12/20. 5 days before Christmas and everything is here 12/24 wrapped and ready for morning! I am very impressed by quality and shipping time especially around Christmas!

Great utility knife, I was a little taken back by this knife it's pretty big and was expecting more of like a pairing knife which it says it can do and it does it's just a little larger than what I'm used to very sharp very beautiful and very useful very happy with this

Got this for Christmas, and it already had a sharp edge (I hit it on my extra fine stone, and it held the even sharper edge well). Love the heft and forward balance, especially for finer work on larger cuts of meat, and the handle is just right for my grip.
I did use the knife for prepping my veggies, and while heavier than your normal chef knife, it was easy to guide and didn't slow my work at all. You could barely tell any difference to the hone of the blade after doing work and cleaning, so it's going to be a versatile tool. Very happy with this knife, and I expect it will be handy for skinning and dressing harvests as well. I will eventually have all the knives northern has available!

I absolutely love the Loki series! I bought it paired with the butcher knife and I am beyond happy with them both. They came super sharp right out of the box. They are well made and look fantastic. They are still just as fun to use now as when I first started using them a few months ago!! Totally worth every penny!

This is a well made, very high quality knife. I own 500$ hand made knives and this one is as high quality as any of them. It arrived razor sharp. I barely touched it to check the edge, and it immediately drew blood. Hands down our favorite knife

Received my knives. They have a nice weight to them and they were very sharp right out of the package. I warn you now they are sharp. I have the bandaid to prove it. I used the loki on fresh pork and it was cutting half inch strips with ease. I am looking forward to using these for future game butchering.

So, I was intrigued by the Loki boning knife ad I saw on Instagram. I love steak and cooking it at home so I ordered it. Shipping took a little long, I won’t lie…..but when I finally received it I was blown away. The weight of the knife is balanced and the blade is sharper than any other knife I’ve had.
