Return & Refund Policies
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return, refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
At NorthernKnife, we emphasize that an item must be unused and in its original box to qualify for a refund. We attach great importance to the hygiene and safety of our customers, which is why opened items cannot be refunded.
This rule ensures that all customers receive new and intact products while preserving the hygiene and safety standards we are committed to maintaining.
To make a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-eligible returns include:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.
Once all necessary conditions are met, we kindly ask customers to send us a clear photo of the package, with the tracking number visible. This photo will be inspected by our team to verify compliance with the refund policy.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The shipping cost to return a package is $6.95 per order, and $9.90 for all packages over 10 lbs. A restocking fee of $4.90 per item will also be deducted.
After our team receives the package, a further inspection will be conducted to ensure the products have not been opened. If all conditions are met, the refund will be issued within 2–5 days after inspection.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is shown.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may return your products within 30 days of receipt and receive a refund or replacement if:
(a) You received a product with damaged or contaminated packaging.
(b) You received a defective or faulty product.
(c) You received the wrong item.
(d) You changed your mind and want to return an unused and unopened product.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are not refundable.
- A $4.90 fee per item returned will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The shipping cost to return a package is $6.95 per order, and $9.90 for all packages over 10 lbs.
Steps To Take When Returning A Product
Step #1 – Contact our Customer Support Team using the contact form at https://northernknife.com/pages/contact within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your full name, email, order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and a picture.
Step #2 – Our team will respond within 2 business days. If your return request meets our policy, we will approve your return. Our team will create a return shipping label for you to place on the package when sending it back to us.
Step #3 – Pack your product safely, attach the return shipping label visibly on the package, and send it to the return address provided by our support team. We will only accept returns with an RMA number and sent to the designated address. Unused items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Step #4 – Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
