Whole Hanging Chicken (Caveman Style)

What you need :
1 whole chicken (3–4 lbs)
Marinade: mustard, garlic, beer, rosemary, paprika
Butcher’s twine or hook
Tripod or crossbar over open fire
How to Cook :
1. Marinate the chicken for 2+ hours.
2. Tie legs and wings tightly. Hang over a slow-burning fire.
3. Rotate every 10–15 min for even browning.
4. Cook ~1 hour 15 min or until juices run clear.
