Once an order is placed, our team carefully collects your knives from our forge, so please allow up to 1–2 working days for us to pick and pack your order. All orders are shipped once all items are ready in full.

Your NorthernKnife order will then be sent via UPS and should safely arrive in your hands within 2–5 days.

If your order has not yet shipped, please send us your new address details and we’ll update it right away.

Please note:

We can only send your order to the address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address was entered and the package is delivered there, we’re unfortunately unable to retrieve it — so please double-check your details carefully!

If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to change the address or recall the package. In that case, we can assist you with a refund or replacement of your knives once the situation is reviewed.

Although we do our very best, sometimes mistakes can happen. If your package experiences a delivery issue with UPS (such as being lost or missing), we can lodge an inquiry to follow up on your shipment and find out what happened.

If your item is confirmed as lost or stolen, we’ll send out a replacement immediately. In such cases, your tracking number may update to show a “delayed” delivery date.

If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 14 business days, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with UPS.

Rest assured, we’ll always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.

Don’t worry — our NorthernKnife team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us to let us know about the issue, and to help us resolve it quickly, we ask that you include photos so we can identify what happened.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After 30 days from the date of purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging without any damage.

Please contact us before returning any item and include a photo of the item(s) you wish to return for documentation purposes. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process your return.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item(s) must be initiated for return and posted within 30 days of purchase.
  2. The item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  3. The item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must also be in its original condition.
